Project update: CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERWAY! ACS started the grading operation in Q2 2011

Welcome to 2 Journey Medical Plaza

2 Journey Medical Plaza is a proposed 20,800 usable sq ft medical office building at 2 Journey, Aliso Viejo. Site is located at a very prominent and high traffic corner and is one of the last developable in-fill sites in the city of Aliso Viejo and perhaps all of south Orange County. Across the street is the city library and down the street on Journey are the city hall and several well known business establishments (Ice Palace, National Gymnastics, and Scooter Jungle) that cater not only to the Aliso Viejo residents but also to the other cities around the area, from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach and Laguna Niguel. The Project is located within walking distance of the Towne Center which is a major regional retail center with many amenities and services.

The Project is being developed by ACS Development Group, Inc. which is the leading developer of medical office buildings in Orange County and is designed by LPA, which is a nationally known architectural firm. The Project will have many sustainable design features and is designed with 2 stories over on-grade parking. The Project will have 104 parking stalls, including 35 covered stalls.

The medical office building in South Orange County is a healthy with a vacancy rate of 7.8%. The submarkets that are closest to the Project are Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Dana Point, Newport Beach, and Irvine. The medical office space in these markets totals approximately 1.8 million square feet and there are no other new medical office buildings planned or under construction.
